All hunts include transportation while in the field, the skinning, gutting and basic preparation of game for transport and delivery to the nearest meat processing plant. No illegal drugs or excessive use of alcohol will be allowed. Hunters must be in possession of a Legal state/federal hunting license and necessary game tags prior to hunting. A wounded or lost animal is considered as a “TAKEN’ animal and your hunt is complete. No loaded firearms are allowed in any vehicle at any time. Final payment is due upon your arrival to your hunt in cash, check or money order.
For a deposit we require 50% of the total cost of your hunting package. This is due prior to booking your hunt. You may receive a full refund on your deposit if you cancel the hunt 30 days prior. Your deposit is non-refundable if the hunt is cancelled within 30 days of the hunt date. The final payment must be paid 1 week prior to your hunting date. If the final payment is not received by said date then you will lose your booking and refund.
In order for our business to run most efficiently for both the customers and employees we have created a mandatory scheduling process. We hunt both weekends and weekdays, however our weekend hunts will run from Friday to Sunday and our weekday hunts will run from Tuesday to Thursday.
Liability & Photo Release:
The hunter recognizes ALL RISKS, which can arise during hunting, and holds harmless, forgives, releases and waives, which he/she may have during this hunt with Oak Stone Outfitters or any authorized representative of Oak Stone Outfitters. Oak Stone Outfitters will use their best knowledge, expertise to provide an excellent hunting experience. We do not guarantee conditions beyond our control, such as weather, fire, interference from other hunters or non-hunters, or the availability of game. The hunter also authorizes Oak Stone Outfitters to use any photographs or video of the hunt or of the game animal for promotional purposes without payment to the hunter. The hunter agrees and accepts these terms.
